Project of a new build 2-storey dwelling, including external landscaping as designed and specified. The project needed value engineering throughout without compromising the desired feel of the building.

At Brantwood, the new construction project involves the transformation of properties by Mary Seacole Housing Association into new homes tailored for disadvantaged individuals or families. The primary goal was to provide an affordable and suitable housing option for individuals or families facing economic challenges and homelessness, whilst maintaining affordability.
At TWG we are making sure Brantwood is not only a successful project, but it is executed within a specified timeline and budget, with careful planning and oversight to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion. Overall, the new construction project represents a holistic approach to addressing housing insecurity and social disadvantage, with the aim of creating a safe, affordable, and supportive home for those in need.
