The Orchard

Orchard Road was designed by Lead Design Studios for a Garden Office, Gym and Store.

Internally, the general arrangement drawing outlines three key zones: a garden storage area, a home gym equipped with features such as a Mirafit power cage, and a dedicated office space with a work desk. Practical considerations such as bike storage, an EV charging point, and provisions for incoming power and Wi-Fi are also incorporated. The proposed finishes are a simple and modern form with a flat roof profile.
